In the same way your sore throat may be caused by a sinus infection, if you fail to look for the root cause you may treat the condition inappropriately.

So where do we need to take this discussion. The next few days will be a look at the various different factors that may be driving price movements. This includes factors affecting supply, demand, and any exogenous events we may need to consider as well.
