I am continuing to update the moving average for the four counties posted yesterday. The data continue to show upward movement and/or levels above the 10% threshold.

Local decisions are likely a key to policy addressing the issues around COVID-19. Information from federal and state authorities is important, but local idiosyncrasies matter for this and need to be accounted for and addressed.
