The situation for the metro area counties continues in much the same fashion as for the state. All four counties are above 12% and Cass is above 13% with the centered moving average.
We will need more data points but Burleigh and Morton may be topping out while Cass and Grand Forks continue to increase. Cass is above 13% positivity (centered moving average) right now. It is indicative of the problem of the situation that these county rates are back near or above the early highs when there was minimal testing being done.
