Metro Area Counties, Update 30 October 2020

The county MA positivity rates continued to increase. With Cass above 12.5% and Grand Fork reversing course the directions for these counties are moving in a fashion consistent with the state overall. We will need some more time to see this impact of any mandates and other mitigation efforts on the data.
