The positivity data for the counties presents a similar picture to what we saw in the state level data.
The four counties listed are all above the 10% threshold and, for the most part, appear to be continuing that increase. These represent some of the larger areas in the state (the MSAs) and so account for a larger population, but also represent large economic/business & health clusters within the state. That makes their policy choices important for more than the county area.
